And if you do pick that options instead of the big chop what are some good hair products to put on the natural hair???

PLEASE anyone who been through this help me pleaseHAIR.Relaxer To Natural.?
Getting braids or trimming your hair does not make it grow faster. Your hair grows from under the scalp, so how can trimming the ends make it grow faster? Doesn't make sense. Your hair will grow the same amount when it's natural that it grew when it was relaxed. The difference will be in how much hair you retain. You're experiencing a lot of breakage from relaxers, so with natural hair you might be able to hold on to some of that growth so your hair can get longer. It has nothing to do with growth from the scalp, but more with length retention. Also, once you're natural you probably won't have to put anything on your scalp, not unless you have an extremely dry scalp. Relaxers dry out your hair and scalp and that's why you have to oil or grease it. With natural hair you won't have to do that, an exception might be if you wear braids during cold weather and your scalp is exposed to the cold, dry weather then your scalp might become dry.

If you don't want to do the big chop then you can wear braids or other protective styles like rod sets or curly hairstyles. Any hairstyle that will keep you from having to comb/brush/style/heat your hair daily is a protective style. Your hair grows about 1/2 inch per month, so every month you can trim a 1/2 inch of hair as it grows in. Just make sure your braids aren't too tight or that will damage your hair. It'll be hard trying to take care of two different textures, and you will experience some breakage where the new growth and relaxed hair meet - that's natural.

You can find transitioning videos for hairstyles and products on youtube that you can use during this phase.

you shouldnt keep changing up shampoo's and conditioners.

wait for three months ; let the relaxer get out

and get some braids .

- remember to condition your hair ; before braids

you'll notice alot of growth.
I would see a hair dresser first
If you want, you can get braids or weaves and take some vitamins so that your hair will remain healthy while transitioning. i think trimming a little bit when you remove your braids will help too. it will make your hair grow faster and you can big chop sooner without the look of being a boy.

I would recommend using herbal essences none of your frizzness as a leave in conditioner/moisturizer. also, use a thick butter, like elasta qp mango butter on your scalp and new growth to keep it tamed and make it look relaxed. remember to keep your scalp oiled and you should be fine.
