Is it like a cream or is it like something you add to your hair. I was wondering because in a song it said 'thirteen and i got a relaxer...', it doesn't sound like cream...?What is a hair relaxer?
No hair relaxer is a chemical treatment. Its for frizzy or wavy hair. Like if someone dosent want pin straight hair, but wanna get rid of their waves (not totally) then they can go in for a hair relaxing treatment. If someone has perfect hair (curly or straight) but its very frizzy, dry and unmanagable. Then the relaxer will reduce that. It does less damage than the permanent straightner. Also, it takes the frizz out.
