The point of a relaxer is to permanently straighten your hair. She made the choice to do it, and now has to lay in the bed she made. Sorry.
But once her hair starts growing out, the new growth will be her natural hair again. She will have to grow out her hair.
Wash it? or go back to the place where she got it relaxed and ask them how you can get it back to normal!
