Question for african american or biracial women who use relaxers or texturizers for you or your child's hair?

When should I apply my child's next Just For Me texturizer hair softner?...I applyed a texturizer to my 5yo daughter's hair for the first time about 10 weeks ago. It's time to apply the second one now. I wash her hair every week. So, its been a week since I last washed it. Since I have to apply like oil moisturizers and wet conditioning sprays like everday when I do her hair, it probably has lots of oil build-up. Is it okay to just go ahead and apply it right now or should I wash it then wait a couple of days where it would be cleaner or does it matter? Also, should I just be doing the new growth only?Question for african american or biracial women who use relaxers or texturizers for you or your child's hair?
Try to just focus on only the new growth. And, if she has a good amount of new growth, you can give it to her now. It won't break out her hair or anything. If you let too much new growth come in, her hair will be very fragile at the point where the new growth meets the texturized hair. And, it will be more likely to break off.Question for african american or biracial women who use relaxers or texturizers for you or your child's hair?
Do you hae before and after pics of her hair? I am planning on trying the product in my daughter's hair tomorrow and have been researching before and afters all day.
