I want to dye my hair blue, can I?(Um, this is about relaxers and dye)?

Ok, I mixed with Black(from Kenya) and India( from the actual country) and my mom has had me get relaxer since I was like 10, but my hair isn't really that, for lack of a better word, nappy. I have been growing out the relaxer since December and just got most of it cut out. I have like 10 inches of hair, with 2-3 inches of relaxed hair on the ends.


Now, I want the edges of my bangs(which have no relaxer in them at all) blue, and random chunks of hair and layers in my hair dyed blue.


Would I be able to do this, or should I just wait a little longer until all the relaxer is out of my hair?I want to dye my hair blue, can I?(Um, this is about relaxers and dye)?
