Hair relaxer for color treated hair?

I dyed my hair in December of 08 and relaxed in jan before i went back to school. ive dyed my hair A LOT of times and then relaxed it but that time a lot of broke off and fell out. since then my hair has been breaking off and im afraid to relax it again. what should i do or is there something i could use?Hair relaxer for color treated hair?
I would advise against relaxing your hair again. Relaxers and permanent color just don't go together. The breakage was a result of too much going on with the hair. I suggest you grow out that color before relaxing again. Demi permanent color can be put onto relaxed hair so maybe when you do get it relaxed again you can use something like this.
