I REALLY want straight hair. My hair is frizzy poofy and I CANT DO ANYTING with it! I want it straight SOOOO bad but my mom doesn't think it's a good idea to get a relaxer or get my hair chemically straghtened. (She doesn't want whole bunch of chemicals in my hair.) I told her I didn't care because I feel like I have an afro (It's not tHAT big but sometimes it feels like that) What should I do? Leave it and live with it? Chemically Straightened or RElaxer...Any other suggestions PLEASE HELP ME?I have REALLY curly hair. Frizzyness, Puffyness and annoyingness are everyday things. Are relaxers bad for me?
Embrace your hair! Dont change the way you are! Why do you want tobe somethin you arent? Take what you have and go with it. I used to hate curly hair but now I would go crazy with out it! Buy Catwalk shampoo and conditioner and the leave in moisturizer and the curl amplifier. After you towel dry, apply the moisturizer and the amplifier All through your hair and crunch! Then just let it air dry. If you want a littel more deffinition but Abba Curl Reactor and do a few spritz here and there! Good luck!I have REALLY curly hair. i really recommend that u dont use a chemically straightened technique. i got my hair chemically straightened 3 years ago and my hair fell out so much. i had the most thick hair in the world and now i have hair that is thin. i really wish that i could go back and not get it straightened. and the worst part it only lasted for 6 months. so i got my hair thinned for the rest of my life but the straighteness only lasted 6 months. i regret it. u really shouldnt get it done. if u want u can straighten it everyday. =)
you could use a moose to let the frizzes go down or straighten it everyday that would help it
why don't you just straighten it everyday? Relaxer will make your hair really straight. But my friend told me that it burns when you apply it. I don't know if that is true or not
I'm know there are products (relaxers) made specifically for black people but don't know if you are black. I know someone (white) who uses Ogilivie Home Hair Straightner. It made an amazing transformation. (From curly ringlets to poker straight Hair). Yes it is a chemical straightner but no more harsh than a home perm product. It also lasts a pretty long time. Good Luck.
P.S. Her hair did not fall out nor did it burn her.
