no, if your using a permanent hair color you should always wait a least 2-4 weeks after a relaxer before dying your hair. Doing it immediately after a relaxer will completely ruin your hair and cause it to break. It's too many harsh chemicals at one time.

NO! You will have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks. any hairdresser would tell you that. And any hairdresser willing to dye it after a relaxer shouldn't be in that industry.
