On ';White'; hair use a perm to relax your hair (you just don't put it up in rollers). African-American hair has more layers and so relaxers are formulated for those layers. Relaxers are very harsh and will disintegrate white hair.





Edit: I don't think a perm would relax your hair completely. You should get a professional or someone VERY experienced to do this for you. If you go to a pro, they will be able to tell you what you need for your hair type and texture.

there are two types of perm, one that curls ur hair and the other straightens. A relaxer is made for very kinky hair, generally african american has this hair type. Relaxer has very harsh chemicals and can harm your hair. Perm also have alot of chemicals and if you dont follow the directions, u can damage ur hair. Becareful if ur doing this urself. try a professional or a friend who knows what she is doing. good luck
