From the sound of it, its just scabs that sometimes form on your scalp, say if you've been itching your scalp before putting the relaxer on. What you're doing is scratching away the natural layer of moisture and makes that particular area of scalp more open to being affected by the relaxer. The scabs are nothing to worry about, just leave them and they will loosen up and wash out when you next wash your hair.
